Chelsea prides herself on guest satisfaction and will do all she can to make you more than comfortable while giving you your dream brows.
If for some reason, you are unhappy, please email Chelsea at email@example.com with your concerns and she will promptly get back to you with some solutions.
First time guests, require a VIRTUAL CONSULTATION appointment & a patch test if wanting brow lamination or brow tinting. There is USUALLY a required $25 deposit however, a deposit will not be required unless you are late or skip your scheduled appointment.
Returning guests are required to do a patch test & consultation ONLY if it has been longer than 6 months since having a brow service by Chelsea.
Please remember, you are not just paying for a brow "service":
Chelsea regularly attends advanced education & received certification for
brow lamination in 2020.
As a licensed cosmetologist, she is required to keep all state, local & county licensing current and is to stay up-to-date on all laws & regulations set forth by the state (Florida Department of Business Regulations: Cosmetology), including bi-annual license renewal with continuing education on the most recent changes to our industry.
Unopened & unused products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of original purchase.
Open or used products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days if you are not satisfied.
Please remember, when you purchase products from Chelsea, you're getting much more than just what comes in the bottle.
You are getting her expertise, her time she spends researching the product ingredients, the brand itself and the claims the brand makes.
