health + wellness precautions + protocols
Based on the required state requirements set forth due to COVID-19 as well as taking in other countries protocols and recommendations, expect the following when arriving to your appointment:
When you arrive, TEXT OR CALL Chelsea that where you are parked and what your car looks like. Chelsea will then respond with a few health + wellness questions. If you pass the question assessment, Chelsea will come to your car window with a touch-less thermometer to take your temperature.
You will be permitted into the salon as long as you passed the health + wellness assessment + do not have a fever (100.4 degrees Fahrenheit is considered a low-grade fever).
A MASK IS REQUIRED BY ALL OF CHELSEA'S GUESTS. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE, CHELSEA CAN PROVIDE A DISPOSABLE MASK FOR YOU. THE MASK IS TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE INSIDE THE SALON. NO MASK = NO SERVICE.
Once you enter the salon, you will immediately wash + sanitize your hands, there will be a form for you to read + sign, then you proceed to Chelsea's styling chair + the pampering shall begin!
If you must CANCEL/RESCHEDULE please give more than 24-hours notice. If you have any symptoms of allergies, a cold or COVID-19, please cancel or reschedule ASAP.
scheduling policies & fees
For your consultation & patch-test appointment, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete proper forms & to ensure we have enough time for a thorough meeting.
If you NO SHOW or CANCEL/RESCHEDULE with less than 24-hours notice of your scheduled consultation time, a $25 deposit will be required PRIOR to booking any future services.
If you CANCEL/RESCHEDULE with more than 24-hours notice of any deposit will be returned in full or applied to your next scheduled service.
