A mask is required to enter the salon. Please wear it properly covering your nose and mouth to prevent the spread of illness and communicable disease.
Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated since Chelsea is immunocompromised and her health can be drastically affected by ANY ILLNESS and can have detrimental repercussions.
Please be respectful and wear a properly fitting mask when inside the salon. If you can not or will not wear a mask, Chelsea can refer you to another beauty professional in town.
If you must CANCEL/RESCHEDULE please give more than 24-hours notice.
If you have any symptoms of allergies, any illness or COVID-19, please cancel or reschedule ASAP. Cancellation fees will be waived for health reasons unless it becomes habitual.
Chelsea is certified by Barbicide in addition to having passed state board requirements with OSHA standards. Prior to your consultation & patch-test appointment, please complete the forms required. You will be given a specific link to fill out any necessary forms.
If you NO SHOW or CANCEL/RESCHEDULE with less than 24-hours notice of your scheduled consultation time, a non-refundable $25 deposit will be required PRIOR to booking any future services.
If you CANCEL/RESCHEDULE with more than 24-hours notice of any deposit will be returned in full or applied to your next scheduled service.
